Product Content Manager

Product Content Manager

Who we are:

Doctrin's purpose is to radically improve healthcare – globally. The way we do this is by helping health care providers to intelligently digitalize the patient journey. We help provide better medical quality, improve patients' access to care and reduce resource requirements. Two things make us stand out – our world-leading medical history system and the fact that our system can support the entire patient journey. We are paving the way for a fundamental change in the way healthcare is provided.

Doctrin is growing fast and we need your help to succeed on our journey!

Who you'll be working with:

You will be part of the Product Team, which is made up by Product Managers and UX Designers. The Product Team's responsibility is to develop Doctrin's platform so that it solves our customers' and users' problems – here, you will play a big part!

How you'll help us radically improve healthcare:

You make sure that the language used is aligned across the platform – to ensure consistency, and thereby high usability for both caregivers and patients. For example, this means that you ensure that our product is easily understood by patients (even though the copy is often written by medical expertise).

Our product is being used in more and more countries, challenging us to handle multiple languages in the platform. You will be in charge of translating our product into new languages! You coordinate the work, and you ensure high quality and high usability.

Also, you will own user manual – making sure it is as clear and pedagogical it can get – plus making sure it is translated to all relevant languages.

Examples of work tasks:

  • Ensure alignment of language used across the platform
  • Help the medical content team in producing content
  • Plan translation work
  • Communicate with translation bureaus
  • Coordinate translations
  • Write and update our user manual

Who you are:

You have great skills in writing clear and concise technical texts, so that our users easily can benefit from it. You are eager to understand the user perspective – your work aims at giving as good user experience we can to patients and clinicians, and minimizing patient risks as much as possible. We think you have a big interest in linguistics, and want to be in the front seat taking our product into new languages. Both when it comes to handling translations, and being charge of our language system. We guess you like details, words, languages, communication, structure, and most of all: You want to improve the experience for patients all over the world!

Our dream candidate:

  • has great skills in writing and linguistics
  • has experience from project management and coordination
  • has knowledge in medical vocabulary
  • is fluent in Swedish and English
  • is eager to create as good experience for our users as possible!

We also value if you have:

  • experience in translation administration
  • experience in technical writing
  • experience from product/web design (e.g. Wordpress)
  • knowledge in other languages, e.g. Norwegian, Czech

Our core values: Passion for making a difference, Aim high, Work smart, Be authentic, Grow as a team and Enjoy the journey, rule the way we do things. It is important that you believe that your personal values correspond with ours.  Read more about our core values on our career site to see if we are a match.

Our Culture

In February 2017 we gathered the company in the snowy hills of Tällberg for a 3-day conference.
