The role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated account manager to join our team!

As account manager your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will work with a diversified team of brilliant people, ranging from software developers and medical doctors to ex-management consultants. As account manager you will be part of the sales & business development department in Doctrin.

The position will require travelling on a regular basis. We are looking to hire 2 account managers. Depending on your interest and competence the territory could be Sweden or international.

You will 

  • Source, research and prospect new sales leads
  • Manage and develop the designated region
  • Using LinkedIn and any other online tools to identify and reach targeted decision-makers
  • Be able to manage and create a sales pipeline
  • Develop and follow up on existing leads
  • Set up meetings with clients to understand potential client’s business requirements
  • Negotiate and close deals

You need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience preferable
  • Experience in B2B sales of complex solutions
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Driven with an ability to self-manage
  • Academic degree and fluent English and Swedish skills
  • Experience from the med- or health tech sector would be highly beneficial
