The role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team!

As Account Manager your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will work with a diversified team of brilliant people, ranging from software developers and medical doctors to ex-management consultants. As account manager you will be part of the sales & business development department in Doctrin.

You will: 

  • Manage and develop the designated region
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Be able to manage and create a sales pipeline
  • Be able to demonstrate Doctrin's products to different audiences
  • Develop and follow up on existing leads
  • Source, research and prospect new sales leads
  • Set up meetings with clients to understand potential client’s business requirements
  • Using LinkedIn and any other online tools to identify and reach targeted decision-makers

You need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience preferable
  • Experience from the IT- or health tech sector
  • Experience in B2B sales of complex solutions
  • Experience in working with public customers and answer to public tenders
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Driven with an ability to self-manage
  • Academic degree and fluent English and Swedish skills
