The role:

The mission of the sales ops team is to increase sales productivity and success in a sustainable and scalable way. This is accomplished by eliminating points of friction in the sales process so salespeople can focus on the activities that move a customer forward in the buyer journey.

 You will work with a diversified team of brilliant people, ranging from software developers and medical doctors to ex-management consultants. As the Sales Operations Manager you will be part of Sales & Business Development department in Doctrin. Location Stockholm.

You will:

  • Translate business objectives to sales goals
  • Build a sales process that improves conversions, shortens sales cycles, and maximizes sales wins
  • Oversee the implementation and use of CRM, Marketing Automation and Helpdesk
  • Define and assign sales territories to salespeople
  • Provide coaching and direction on performance issues at all levels of the sales organization
  • Support in building academy and training content for our sales department
  • Lead the planning process and run the operational cadence of activities, such as quarterly business reviews, strategy workshops, target planning, account/territory planning
  • Build a data driven sales team, work with forecasting, segmentation, win/loss, lead scoring etc.

You need:

  • 2+ years of sales ops experience preferable
  • A very strong analytical sense with ability to convert data into business advice
  • Experience in supporting sales management, preferably in sales operations
  • Understanding of working in a matrix organization
  • Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working within a high growth, b2b technology company would be highly beneficial
