How you'll help us radically improve healthcare:
For us to succeed in our mission, we need to introduce and then implement a whole new way of thinking about healthcare. At Doctrin our Customer Success team is responsible for this. This means, helping our customers – healthcare providers – to become successful in their digital transformation using our tools and processes.
Working as Project Manager in our Customer Success Team means you will take a leading role in making this transformation a reality and guide care givers through that change.
In your role, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation process, implementing and educating our customers in Doctrin's product and how to work successful with our tools and processes. You will plan, manage and execute the customers' digitalization of the way they provide healthcare to the end patient, from start to finish.
Lastly, but importantly, you will be representing our customers internally at Doctrin and work together not only with your customer success team members but other Doctrin teams such as: Product, Tech and our Medical team
In summary you will:
- Plan, manage and execute digital transformation projects for our customers
- Ensure customers get the most value out of using Doctrin's tools and processes
- Own the day-to-day customer relationship
- Communicate, collect feedback and meet regularly with the customer
- Represent the customer internally to help prioritize future product development needs
Who you are:
From our experience we know that Project Managers with medical knowledge and our a background with the health sector are highly successful in a role as Project Manager, as you have a high degree of knowledge and understanding for our customers' day to day work. Thus, for this role we are looking to find that someone who wants to use your previous experiences from health care and project management/implementation of IT tools in changing the way as to how healthcare will look like going forward.
As a person you are highly motivated and organized. You have a knack for managing complex processes with many stakeholders and challenging time constraints. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate efficiently with different target groups. If and when difficult problems arise, you manage to find the most appropriate solution, without losing focus on long term goals.
In summary we think you have:
- Experience from project management and or mangement consulting
- Experience from health care sector and/or medical knowledge
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English
- You are driven by a passion for using technology to drive change in status quo
- You share our purpose and want to radically improve healthcare for a billion people !
It's a plus if you also have experience from:
- Working in an international context
- Experience from working in a fast-moving environment such as a start-up/scale-up or similar
