How you'll help us radically improve healthcare:

For us to succeed in our mission, we need to introduce a whole new way of thinking about healthcare. Working for us, you will take a leading role in making this shift a reality and guide our customers through that change.

In your role, you will be responsible for leading the entire digital transformation process, working closely with our customers and the Doctrin team to make sure our customers are successful in implementing and using our tools and processes. 

You will plan, manage and execute the customer transformation from start to finish. Lastly, but importantly, you will be representing our customers internally at Doctrin.

In summary you will: 

  • Plan, manage and execute digital transformation projects for our customers
  • Ensure customers get the most value out of using Doctrin's tools and processes
  • Own the day-to-day customer relationship 
  • Communicate, collect feedback and meet regularly with the customer
  • Represent the customer internally to help prioritize future product development needs

Who you are:

As a person you are highly motivated and organized. You have a knack for managing complex processes with many stakeholders and challenging time constraints. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate efficiently with different target groups. If and when difficult problems arise, you manage to find the most appropriate solution, without losing focus on long term goals. 

In summary we think you have:

  • Several years of experience from complex project management
  • You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently 
  • You share our purpose and want to radically improve healthcare for a billion people ! 
  • You are driven by a passion for making a real difference with tangible results 

It's a plus if you also have experience from:

  • Working in or with healthcare
  • Working in an international context

Who you'll be working with:

You will be part of the Customer Success team, responsible for helping our customers – healthcare providers – to become successful in their digital transformation using our tools and processes. You will work closely with a diverse team of superstars; software developers, doctors, ex management consultants and other brilliant people.
