What do we do?

Doctrin´s purpose is to radically improve healthcare, by helping health care providers to intelligently digitalize the patient journey. Doctrin is pioneering the way to seek and provide healthcare in Sweden and soon Europe. What makes us stand out is our world leading intelligent system that helps doctors to gather patient information before consultation and the fact that our system handles the whole patient journey without loosing any information – whether the communication is digital, physical or both. This reduces the burden on doctors and improves medical quality. We have received a lot of interest from the healthcare society and customers are lining up.

The Engineering team includes both backend .NET developers and JavaScript Engineers. The teams are responsible for the development and scaling of our platform. The teams are a cross-functional and collaborates with QA, Medical, AI-Team, Product Owner and UX. 

What you´ll do?

Doctrin is in an expansion phase where you as Engineering Manager can influence your future. The company is agile and the process from idea to implementation is short. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Starcounter, MongoDB in an exciting business vertical. As Engineering Manager you will ensure that we get the best solution possible.

The spectrum of responsibilities will also include managing the the teams in their day to day tasks and any technical challenges they may face. The ideal candidate should be exposed to the startup culture and be willing to work in a high pressure environment with ambiguous requirements.

Who you are:

First, you are a person that want to radically improve healthcare just as the rest of us at Doctrin! Secondly you love software development, we value talent and knowledge over a formal education. To successfully navigate the role, you should have good knowledge in team management, agile processes, team building and modern development technologies. If you also have experience from SQL, MongoDB and Microservices architecture, such as Seneca services that will give you an extra edge.

As a person you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work. You stay motivated despite set-backs or difficulties since you want to achieve result. You are solution oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others and are strong in your communication skills.

Our Culture
