What is Doctrin?

Doctrin’s purpose is to radically improve healthcare, by helping health care providers to intelligently digitalize the patient journey. Doctrin is pioneering the way to seek and provide healthcare in Sweden and soon Europe. What makes us stand out is our world leading intelligent system that helps doctors to gather patient information before consultation and the fact that our system handles the whole patient journey without losing any information – no matter if the communication is digital, physical or both. This reduces the burden on doctors and improves medical quality.

What will you do?

Working as a Product Manager at Doctrin will give you the chance to make great impact in the healthcare industry, and truly impact the lives of people. We work according to Doctrin’s values – we aim high, we work smart, we collaborate, we let everyone be themselves, and we have fun on the way.

Doctrin is in an expansion phase where you as part of our Product team can influence your future. The company is agile and the process from idea to implementation is short. As a Product Manager you will research the users’ needs, identify trends, carry out benchmarking, specify user stories and prioritize those both from a user perspective as well as a business perspective. You will lead a team with developers and QA and you are the owner of the product roadmap and backlog. You will also measure and follow up on important KPI’s as well as being up to date on industry trends.

The Product & Tech team currently consists of 15 developers, 3 designers, 6 testers – and is growing every week. You will work in close collaboration with all teams at Doctrin and of course have one foot in the space of our users.

Who we think you are:

First, we believe you are a person that wants to radically improve healthcare – just as the rest of us at Doctrin! Second, you have some experience from leading agile product development teams in a digital company. Having experience from the healthcare business would give you an extra edge. You are confident in your leadership and used to constantly prioritize the team's work, to maximize the user experience and business impact. We value talent and knowledge over a formal education but having an academic degree, preferably an engineer, would make you stand out. You are fluent in English and Swedish.

You have a strategic mind-set, always with Doctrin’s interests in mind. You take responsibility for what you do by being structured, drive your work forward, and reach results. You enjoy working with others, are strong in your communication skills and solve conflicts in a constructive way. You have natural leadership abilities where you inspire and involve others and delegate mandate to create engagement.

Why should you apply?

Doctrin is a young expansive company where we all work towards a common goal; to radically improve healthcare. A vision that truly reflect on our culture.

You will work with a diversified team with superstars; for example software developers, doctors, ex management consultants and other brilliant people.

We are located in a newly renovated office space in central Stockholm and enjoy doing fun things together; everything from playing ping pong during lunch to arranging after works or take off on an offsite with the team, to get to know each other even better.

Our Culture

In February 2017 we gathered the company in the snowy hills of Tällberg for a 3-day conference. The goal was to discuss what kind of culture and company we wanted to be, as well as to stronger bond as a team. This is a continuous and ever evolving journey but our starting point is the following:

  • Be passionate

  • Aim high

  • Work smart

  • Be you

  • Collaborate

  • Have fun
