We use Jira to manage our projects and Zephyr for test cases. We also have Jira Support tool for handling customer issues.
You know your way through databases and reading system logs, like Splunk and Kibana.
Skills that would give you an extra edge:
- worked with CE certifications before
- worked with support for customers
Excellent communication skills in Swedish is necessary since a large part of your daily work involve customer contact.
