This is our product and tech team:
The Product & Tech team consists of product managers, user experience designers, software developers, QA engineers, engineering managers, data engineers and DevOps engineers. We are currently about 35 people, organized in five cross functional development teams, with one product manager leading the way for each team. You will be working with colleagues who may have a background in healthcare or who have a background in product development and work in close collaboration with all teams at Doctrin.

What will you do:

Working as a senior product manager at Doctrin will give you the chance to make great impact on the healthcare industry.

You will define and refine our product. You will collect needs and prioritize initiatives to maximize the user experience and business impact of product development. What makes our work even more complex but also intriguing is that you will need to analyze and prioritize from both the end user perspective as well as our customer’s business perspective.

Together with an engineering manager you will lead a cross-functional team of designers, developers and QA engineers focusing on different aspects of our product. You have the full ownership of the product roadmap and backlog. You will also measure and follow up on important KPI’s. As a senior product manager, we also expect you to work closely with our Head of Product in developing our product strategy, taking initiatives on ways of working as innovative and stay up to date on industry trends. As product manager you will be reporting to Head of Product.

Who we think you are:

First, we believe you are a person that wants to radically improve healthcare – just as the rest of us at Doctrin! Second, you have experience from leading product development teams in a digital company. Having experience from the healthcare business would give you an extra edge. You are confident in your product management craft and used to constantly prioritize your own and the team's work. You have a natural business acumen and can naturally see the commercial aspects of product management. You take responsibility for what you do by being structured, drive your work forward, and reach results.

We believe you must have:

• 5+ years of experience from agile product development, preferably from a digital start-up/scale up
• A natural talent for communication and full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Experience from working in JIRA or similar

We would love if you’d also have:

• Experience from data driven product development
• Experience from another MedTech company
• Experience from taking digital products to new markets
