Our Marketing Team
We are a small, fun, prestige-less and hands-on team with lots of talent and enthusiasm taking on our own team’s and Doctrin's ambitious goals. We think you will be a great fit if you, like us, are a team player that takes initiative and ownership, and of course - enjoy having fun at work.
We are now looking for a content creator with writing as your main passion, with 3+ years of experience within a relevant industry (health-tech/start-up/B2B marketing) who can help us convert our inspiring purpose and our market-leading solutions into engaging content.
Your role at Doctrin
As our Content Manager, you will ideate, write and execute copywriting, concepts and activations. You’ll be creating content for our B2B Marketing and Social Media channels, as well as creating materials that support and empower our Sales and Implementation team to deliver at the top of their game.
You will work your magic to plan, create, publish, and update content that supports our marketing funnel while making sure that Doctrin’s brand is defined and aligned on all our platforms.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Develop our content strategy covering all our markets
Create content for and manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
Plan and produce eye-catching content that leads our prospects down the digital marketing funnel
Make sure our website is up to date and delivers on our brand and our values
Write, edit, and update blog posts for our website
Support our business development team with content for sales presentation decks
Who you are
You are a prestige-less, solutions-oriented initiator with a passion for delivering great content. You are truly a "doer" who thrives with responsibility and is motivated by high ambitions. Other than being secure in your craft you have business acumen and love to see how your work contributes to the overall business strategy and growth of the company. More than anything else, you are inspired by our purpose: to radically improve healthcare and see yourself working in a highly value-driven company.
We would love it if you have (but you don't need to have all of the below):
3+ years experience in marketing, focusing on copywriting and/or digital content marketing
Experience in B2B marketing
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English
Experience from working in a start-up or SaaS company
A background in a consultancy is beneficial
