We work closely together to support, educate and evolve ourselves to develop both individually and as a team. Our different strengths often come in handy when dealing with a variation of professions during the sales processes, so even though there is an underlying individual responsibility to drive a business case forward we always make it a collective goal.
What you will do
As our new senior business developer you will own full responsibility for the entire sales process. Proactiveness and identifying new business opportunities are at the core of your role. You work is central in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.
Your role will include but is not limited to:
Follow up on incoming leads and arrange client meetings
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Manage contract negotiations
Demonstrate and sell our platform to potential customers
Proactively use your network or industry forums to engage in new customer dialogues
Be up to date with the latest industry trends and practices
Focusing on expanding Doctrin’s reach into new verticals
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and overseeing new market initiatives and improving sales.
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

Who we believe you are
We believe that you are a seasoned professional within sales. You might have an educational background in both business and medicine or you have worked extensively with sales in this industry before. Most definitely you have worked with sales in SaaS. You understand that the challenges with the role lies in the complexity of our industry and the fierce competition in the market. You are not only intrigued by this but you are motivated by and driven to understand the challenges healthcare providers stand in front of. You are challenged by the fact that the industry is complex, competitive and offers great opportunities and you already see yourself as the one unlocking the potential in those opportunities.
In our next colleague we also look for personality traits like: strategic, result-oriented, purpose driven, solution oriented, resilient and structured.
We see that you have
an excellent track record in sales
SaaS sales experience
a minimum of 5 years working experience from sales or similar background such as management consultancy
full professional proficiency in Swedish and English is a must
We consider it a merit if you also have:
an educational background within business and/or medicine
experience from sales within healthcare
experience from working on the Nordic market
proficiency in Norwegian and Danish
proficiency in other European languages where Dutch and French are a big plus

Our Talent Acquisition Manager will review candidates who match the requirements. You will then be invited to a first call with our talent acquisition manager. This is followed by three, in-depth interviews, that focus on different themes: cultural match with us as a company, background / competence, language skills and problem-solving ability. In addition, we use a personality test and a logical test that you can do at home in peace and quiet.
