About Doctrin:

Doctrin's purpose is to radically improve healthcare – globally. What makes our product stand out? Our world-leading medical history system and the fact that our system can support the entire patient journey.

How you will contribute to the revolution:

At Doctrin, the Product team's responsibility is to develop our platform and in doing so, finding solutions to our customers' and end-users' problems. You will work strategically, with a commercial mindset whilst (at the same time) putting user experience at the core of your work.

You will work in a cross-functional team together with tech and ux colleagues and in close contact and collaboration with other teams, for example: medical, customer cuccess and customer cupport.  You and your team members become an instrumental voice for usability and helping to co-create  technical solutions and medical content that will change the everyday life of caregivers. This opens up for some great synergies between product and technology. Being a highly value driven organization we love to also "walk the walk" and work by our value " grow as a team".

Our product is now being used in more and more countries, challenging us to find new ways and solutions in the platform. In your role, you will work close to the client and market, to constantly develop, refine, re-define and improve Doctrin's product. You will  be in charge of adapting our product to new markets, eg. translating it into new languages! You will coordinate the work, and  ensure high quality and high usability. Also, as product manager, you will own the user manual – making sure it is as clear and as pedagogical it can get.

Examples of work tasks include:

(but are not limited to)

  • Drive, define, refine and redefine our product
  • Ownership of product packaging and pricing
  • Keep a close eye on and ear towards the market and ensure we are thinking customer-centric, user friendly and working at the frontlines of product development
  • Ownership of revenues relating to your team's elements/modules

Who we think you are:

Your thinking around product development is facilitated by a commercial mindset and you understand that it needs not to be a contradiction to also thinking customer-centric and user experience at the same time. A sense of business savviness is in your DNA and you understand that it will enable us to create a long-term, sustainable and solutions oriented product.

You easily bridge the "gap" between tech and product management and put that talent into practice, with excellent skills, in writing clear and concise technical texts - so that our users easily can benefit from it. You are eager to understand the user perspective and your work aims at giving as good user experience as we can to patients and clinicians, and minimizing patient risks as much as possible.

Our dream candidate:

  • has experience from product management in tech or other fast-moving environment
  • is fluent in Swedish and English
  • is eager to create as good experience for our users as possible!

Why you should apply:

Doctrin is a growing company where we all work towards a common goal – to radically improve healthcare.

You will work with a diversified team of superstars consisting of software developers, doctors, ex management consultants and many more brilliant individuals and professions!

We are located in central Stockholm and enjoy doing fun things together.  When in a pandemic, we of course go digital (!), but otherwise we love hanging out together at the office -  playing table tennis during lunch, doing after work or taking off to an offsite to get to know each other even better.

Since we are convinced that healthy employees are a key to success, we offer a generous health grant, flexible-remote work and meeting free days. An employee stock option program and an ITP1 pension plan are other benefits.
