Your Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our UK team. 

You will join us as a mid-level business development manager to grow strategic accountsfind new opportunities in the UK region and in the future support our international growthYou will also support deployment activities where needed and contribute to the development Roadmap for the Doctrin Platform. Your skills and experience will make you an invaluable member of the wider Doctrin team and contributing to Group projects and initiatives

Who we looking for:

We are looking for a self-starter, knowledgeable and credible with healthcare clients and technology partners who also works well as part of a multi-discipline team.  Your role will be growing our existing clients, bringing new clients on board and sharing our mission and passion to transform healthcare. 

You will have an excellent knowledge of the UK health systems and a vision for how Doctrin will play its part in transforming UK care. An experienced and successful business developer you will have experience of successfully winning business in the NHS, developing a solid pipeline of and translating this into new business.  You will be responsible for growing and developing your accounts and supporting our customer success team in deployment and ongoing client management activities.

 Your role will include but is not limited to the following 

  • Identify and research potential accounts 
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline 
  • Help identify and secure our place on key procurement frameworks  
  • Source and grow accounts  
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with varying tiers of clients 
  • Manage sales to quarterly business goals 
  • Become an expert in your clients’ needs to help develop business strategies that enable client success 
  • Support deployment and customer success activities as the key UK contact your clients 


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Experience in business development, consultancy or change management, preferably in healthcare/health technology 
  • Knowledge of NHS 
  • Good network of digital buyers and influencers 
  • Knowledge of tenders, procurement and frameworks related to NHS digital health 
  • Commercial acumen  
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Bonus if you have: 

  • Excellent network of digital buyers and influencers 
  • Experience working successfully with competitor firms 
  • Experience in business development with PCN’s, ICS or GP Practices  
  • Experience of solution-based selling 
  • Additional languages 
  • Experience and networks in other digital health markets
