Doctrin is paving the way for a radical change in healthcare. We are Sweden’s leading B2B-healthcare platform, based in Stockholm. We help health care providers to intelligently digitalize the patient journey by medical quality and improving patients’ access to care. Two things make us stand out (!) our world-leading medical history system and the fact that our system can support the entire patient journey. 

We are already on a great path working with Cyber Security in general and with Cyber Security, focusing on patient data, but  we are on our way to world-class Cyber Security, why we are looking to hire a Cyber Security Engineer.

Security at Doctrin:

Our security mission is to support effective healthcare while at the same time protect the patient and the patient data. As Cyber Security Engineer at Doctrin, you will work closely with our CISO. You will have the more technical role and help us find the right tools, define sound processes, and see to it that these processes are followed. 

You will have a lot of opportunities, to not only create and develop your own role, but also, to learn more about operations, cloud security and secure software development.

Our company is agile and the process from idea to implementation is short. Your colleagues will include a mix of Developers, Medical Doctors, QA, Data Engineers, UX, Product Managers and Customer Support. 

 Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Creating & improving secure software development processes
  • Proactively Identify risks, improvements, risk assessment
  • Implementing a sound security architecture for Doctrin's Platform together with our developers
  • Taking an integral part in Doctrins CSIRT team
  • Reviewing daily/weekly system reports and take action if eeded, e.g. for security alerts
  • Creating & maintaining relevant documentation
  • Choosing and evaluating new IT security tools and processes
  •  Defining best practice for use of SOUP
  • Doctrin is in a transition phase going from start-up to scale up where you can make a big difference and really impact our future.

Who we think you are:

We believe you have the following skills and experience:

  •  4+ years of IT security
  •  3+ years of Cloud Security (especially SaaS)
  •  3+ years of coding
  •  Experience of Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins,
  •  Experience of log analysis tools (e.g. ELK or OpenStack)
  •  Experience of vulnerability management and tools
  •  Networking experience, e.g. subnets, firewalls, VPN’s etc
  •  Incident handling experience
  •  Professional verbal and written proficiency in both Swedish and English
  • Importantly, as a person you are a "can do" person and thrive in an environment that is entrepreneurial and fast moving, thus we believe you have experience from a dynamic environment like a high-growth company.

Bonus if you also have:

  • Degree or certifications in IT Security (i.e., CCSP, CISSP,CCSK, SANS)
  • Experience of MongodDB, PostgreSQL
  • Experience with EDR tools (e.g., ATP)
  • Experience in Open source Cloud security solutions
  • Experience in AWS security solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security center
  • Experience with scripting
  • Familiarity with ISO 2700x, MDR, GDPR
