The role:

As Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for our acquisition channels and optimising the top of our marketing funnel for our Swedish and international market. You will be part of our Business Development team reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications. 

Your responsibilities include

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including content for social media
  • Drive organic and paid relevant traffic to Doctrin for growing position in the industry in Sweden and native English speaking markets (especially UK market)
  • Optimise the overall performance of our website and drive more MQLs
  • Create data-driven online and offline SEO/SEM strategies including link-building/topic cluster networks
  • Create and analyse digital customer acquisition funnels through digital strategies and digital marketing campaigns 
  • Research, test and introduce demand generation tools, services or partners 
  • Create and optimise native ad campaigns


  • To be passionate about radically improving healthcare
  • At least 4 years experience in a high paced digital marketing environment in a Saas/B2B company big plus is if you have health tech/med tech experience
  • Experience in developing, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns , along with end-to-end performance analysis
  • A strong analytical and creative mindset with love for both content as well as analytics
  • Excellent written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Strong SEO knowledge and skills, confident carrying out technical SEO audit
  • Highly proficient in Google Ads (and other PPC channels) & Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation systems such as e.g. HubSpot 
  • Experience managing 3rd party agencies

Desirable skills:

  • Google Tag Manager
  • HotJar ( Or alternative options to HotJar)
  • UTM tagging
  • Graphic design skills
