Doctrin’s purpose is to radically improve healthcare by helping healthcare providers to intelligently digitalise the patient journey. We are Sweden’s leading B2B-healthcare platform with approx 1 000 000 cases done on a yearly basis. We are based in Stockholm with a diverse team of medical doctors, designers, data analysts, software developers and ex management consultants (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Spotify). In addition to several of Swedish biggest healthcare providers such as Capio and Praktikertjänst we also have clients in the Czech Republic and Norway and we are currently expanding into the UK. We have a proven track record of improving medical quality, patient accessibility and increased efficiency. We are paving the way for a fundamental change in the way healthcare is provided.

The role:

We are looking for an Art Director to lead the visual aspects of our brand and leverage our solutions through creative content. The person we are looking for has an ability to turn the complex into something feasible, is a creative with visual design as their main craft but also has an appreciation for and is amused by copy writing. Your primary focus will be to strategize, ideate, create, and execute content for Doctrin with the purpose of building our thought leadership positioning and strengthening our commercial offering. You will be part of our Marketing and Communications team reporting to our Head of Marketing and Communication as well as working closely with our UX design team.  

Your responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute visual storytelling and creative content to drive brand awareness
  • Amplify our commercial offering through conceptualisation and visual storytelling
  • Lead our content marketing from a visual story telling aspect (data driven and user insight driven story telling)
  • Lead the development of our visual identity as part of a strong Doctrin brand

You need:

  • Be passionate about radically improving healthcare
  • Ability to conceptualize and visualise complex subject matter
  • Skilled in both idea creation and visual execution
  • Curious, creative, strategic, solution oriented and resourceful with an entrepreneurial, flexible mindset
  • Minimum +3 years of experience in a related field (experience from health tech, Saas and/or agency is a big plus)
  • Degree in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of digital design, and digital media channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
